Cartilage is a tissue without blood vessels and lymph, and extensive damage causes it to lose its ability to repair and regenerate. Cartilage diseases, including cartilage damage and arthritis, are increasing day by day. The damage to the cartilage causes the daily functioning of the patients to be disturbed and causes pain in the patient through wear of the bones. Common methods used to treat invasive cartilage injuries have low efficacy and include implantation of one's chondrocytes, micro

Natural and sustainable alternatives are becoming more and more popular as people become more conscious of the negative impacts that synthetic chemicals have on their health and the environment. Making soap from plant extracts became more popular in these circumstances. The current study aims to characterise and investigate the physico-chemical and antimicrobial properties of synthesized natural soaps. The properties such as pH, volatile matter, total fatty matter, and antibacterial activity of

Paracetamol has been employed over an extensive duration as an analgesic and antipyretic agent. Subsequently, there has been a notable escalation in the incidence of poisoning with paracetamol emerging as the predominant substance in cases of self-poisoning, associated with elevated fatality and morbidity rates. While the utilization, misuse, and strategies for mitigating paracetamol toxicity are under examination, serious consideration should be given to altering the drug's legal classifica

The micronucleus (MN) assay is widely used to assess the genotoxicity and cytotoxicity of various agents in different species. One of the key factors that can affect the accuracy of micronuclei (MNi) scoring is the staining protocol. Thus, this study aimed to investigate the effect of different staining protocols on the scoring accuracy of micronuclei induced by gamma irradiation in male rats. Male rats were exposed to a single dose of 6Gy were γ-irradiation and euthanized 24 hours later.

The consequence of water stress on the polyphenolic content, anticholinesterasic and antifungal activities of methanolic leaf extracts of three Tunisian (Olea europea L.) varieties: Meski, Ouslati, and Jarbouii was investigated. Our results showed that total polyphenolic and flavonoids compounds amplified in all tested varieties under water stress. In addition, water stress increased the anticholinesterasic activity in all all olive cultivars. But Oueslati variety had the best one with the lowes

The dermatology branch is supposed to be the most significant and exert revolutionary influencing field of aging treatment. The endogenous factors as well as exogenous factors are responsible for aging process. The gene-mutations, cell-metabolism and hormonal balance are the endogenous factors associated with aging-process. The ultraviolet radiations, pollution causing chemical-compounds and toxic-compounds are the exogenous factors associated with aging-process. Decline the efficiencies of the

This study aimed to investigate the potential of the aqueous extract of Tabernaemontana divaricata (Dwarf) leaves as a natural antibacterial agent against antibiotic-resistant bacteria. The extract was subjected to phytochemical screening to identify its bioactive constituents. The antibacterial effectiveness was assessed against S. aureus and E. coli using the agar well diffusion method, with the zone of inhibition as the main measurement. The extract demonstrated significant dose-dependent ant
