Nanostructures of Ta2O5 have a great potential in the nextgeneration semiconductor electronics. These structures can beprepared by anodization of Ta through an Al2O3 template undercertain conditions. Nanocrystals created in this experiment wereexamined by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The nextexperiment will be the creation of Ta2O5 nanowires
