Electrochemical determination of the effect of deoxynivalenol on rats
Abstract
This study is focused on examining the impact mouldy wheatcontaminated with deoxynivalenol (DON) on the health status ofrats and their ability to resist oxidative stress. Among the factorsdetermining the defences include the activities of liverdetoxification enzymes and content of blood peptides and proteins(glutathione and metallothionein).
