The city's landscape can play an important role in expanding the aesthetic experience of citizens, especially in promoting the mental image of the community. Obviously, what gives the city identity and brings residents comfort in the city is its urban landscape. Colors are the language of our emotions and can make life livelier. Also, colors are an important element in expressing identity and legibility in the beautification of cities. In many cities in different countries, the proper use of color as a link between humans and the environment has been used as the simplest and most effective factor for the city's vitality and readability. This paper, using library studies and field observations, firstly focuses on the importance of color in readability, identity and beautification of the city, and then examines the experience of other cities in this area, and finally presents some solutions, most notably the provision of a comprehensive plan Color of the city "Due to the climate, culture and identity of our neighborhoods in line with the Islamic-Iranian identity.
