A new system for electroanalytical mass screening


Abstract
The work deals with n–channel system enabling many sampleanalysis at sort time from sensor array using electrochemicalmethods. The 8x12 sensor array is formed from 3–electrodes systemcreated on PCB (Printed Circuit Board) with combination ofgalvanic deposition and screen–printing special paste on theelectrodes which can be used for heavy metal analysis and alsobiomolecular complexes and organic toxic substancesdetermination. The control unit switches each 3–electrode sensor to8–channel precise potentiostat which was designed forelectrochemical analysis with current sensitivity below 1 pA. Thepotentiostat can synchronize with control unit to depress time foranalysis to minimum. Measured data are sent to user–friendlyapplication in computer and analyzed or saved consequently.
