To solve this problem, it seems promising to use the intellectually stimulating and socializing potential of "mental" sports. As the main variant of adaptive sports for people with disabilities of the musculoskeletal system, chess can be used. The research was carried out on the basis of the Russian Internet portal "Chess Planet". The study involved 28 people 19-27 years old with lesions of the musculoskeletal system in the form of infantile cerebral palsy, living in Moscow. Out of these, 25 people were at the stage of sports specialization and 3 people were at the stage of improving sportsmanship. Methods of testing and statistical processing of the obtained data were applied. Based on the results of the study, we can talk about the effectiveness of chess sports training in Russia in persons with impairments of the musculoskeletal system. It turned out to be very effective in terms of building up general chess training and in terms of stimulating sports-significant intellectual skills in persons with signs of cerebral palsy. %U https://jbiochemtech.com/article/evaluation-of-the-effectiveness-of-training-russian-chess-players-with-musculoskeletal-disorders-0hjfmlg9uvucmli
